1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to texasmusiccity.net (the “Website”), operated by Texas Music City Grill & Smokehouse (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using the Website you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
2. What the Website Provides
The Website provides information about our restaurants in Tyler and Lindale, Texas: menus, hours, locations, event listings, photos and news. Menus, prices, hours, specials and events are subject to change without notice, and the restaurant’s current menu and pricing govern over anything shown on the Website.
Online ordering is provided by Toast on Toast’s own website. Orders, payments, refunds and pickup are governed by Toast’s terms and by the restaurant’s policies at the time of the order, not by these Terms.
Event listings are pulled from our Facebook pages. Dates, times, performers and any admission terms can change; check the Facebook event or call the restaurant before you travel.
